I didn’t know how to start so I started with something very small, a small moment to be thankful for in my life. I would express my ‘thank you for the opportunities, my family, clients and my team’

  • PICK THE MORNING OR BEDTIME AND GIVE YOURSELF 10 MINS TO FILL OUT THE DOCUMENT
  • DON’T TRY TO CONTROL YOUR THOUGHTS, LET IT FLOW
  • DON’T JUDGE YOUR THOUGHTS, LET THEM EXIST
